GREAT EFFORT BY THE P G CAREY RACING TEAM

Well done to all the staff and of course an AMAZING effort by the master trainer of mostly unfashionably bred stayers Patrick Carey.  A great effort to produce 4 winners for the week!

Congratulations to the owners involved all of whom have been long term clients of the stables. Thanks also to Patrick Moloney (whose family are long time friends).  He is riding in fine form at the moment, scoring a double for us yesterday at Moonee Valley.

It is very satisfying to achieve these results not only a small number of horses (25-30) by comparison, but with people who have been so very loyal. Sometimes it works for you and sometimes it is a whole lot harder but when you are passionate about what you do and have loyal staff and more importantly loyal owners it makes it all the more worthwhile.

The wonderful win by Kareeming at Moonee Valley on Saturday was a fantastic achievement for all the very patient owners led by the very successful Syndicate "CLANBROOKE RACING" and "SHARING WINNERS".

Congratulations and thanks also toTrevor and Terrie Delroy from Wyadup Valley Farm for their continued support.  They had a nice win with East Afrika at Moonee Valley, the first of many to come I am sure.

Shakespearean Lass broke through for her first win at Cranbourne on Friday, and it was a very happy occasion for her owners Colin Purss and his partners.  Also Congratulations to John Sweeney and all his racing members on the encouraging win by Miss Kitty who won her maiden  at Pakenham.

This is turning out to be a great year for Pat and the team, he is in the top 20 on the Victorian Trainer's Premiership, and we are looking forward to the remainder of season with enthusiasm.
