A nice return to the winners circle for the " Rooster" after coming back from knee surgery
Patience by the owners and a lot of hard work by the trainer has given the P G Carey Stable its first win at Eagle Farm. Nicely ridden and well handled by Apprentice Ashleigh Butler it was a tough effort given the fact he suffered a black eye in the run. Special thanks to Bernard Carey who is looking after him and also Andrew Kermond for riding all his track work and to Leon Morton for his hospitality.
