Hellava Babe continued her excellent recent form with a win in the T1 Troopers BM64 Handicap at Geelong on Sunday 27th May.  In 6 starts since her return from a let-up she has won twice and run second 3 times, and she is giving her connections one Hellava good time!  Ridden by the stable’s leading rider Rhys McLeod (12 wins and 18 placings from 76 rides this season), you could really see “The Babe”  putting her head down and stretching her neck out as she drove down the straight to win by a nostril.

Congratulations to breeders Gary, Michael, Peter and Michael who bred the mare at Miranda Park, Heskett, and now race her with a group put together by John Sweeney. A big thankyou also to our loyal and hard-working team of staff, farriers, vets and therapists who keep all of our horses in tip-top shape.
