Patrick Carey Racing Stables has had a busy time at all the sales venues purchasing some nicely bred youngsters. At Karaka in NZ we started off on behalf of an owner, with lot No 376 a very impressive Encosta De Lago Filly out of Devine Secret SOLD, Lot 607 a lovely Chestnut Filly by Volksraad out of Pasithea, Lot 745 a precosious type of Filly by Perfectly Ready out of a mare called Swallow. SOLD and also Lot 829 a Colt by the up and coming Stallion Darci Brahma out of Agi Gu Lu.
At Melbourne the William Inglis Sales he purchased 4 horses, starting off with a nice Elvestroem colt out of Empower SOLD. Lot 153 a nicely bred bay Filly by Oratorio out of Glamour, Lot 263 a bargain priced Fastnet Rock Colt out of Mise en Demeure and Lot 324 a Bel Esprit Filly out of a mare called Pentaya who we trained and had a healthy for.
