It was an excellent day for all owners of Florida Keys (Sebring/Thirty Rock), winner of the MBH Racing fillies and mares maiden at Mornington on Friday 21st October. A graduate of the 2015 Sydney Easter Yearling Sales, this was Florida Key’s fourth start, and a well judged ride by Rhys McLeod saw her win in a tight finish.
Congratulations to the members of Shake the Dice syndicate, Ricky, Paul, Glenn, Evan, Andrew and Lisa, Barack syndicate, Peter, and the Peppermint Park syndicate. Many thanks to all of the Epsom Lodge team, all of whom are dedicated to the horses in their care and work hard to bring out the best in each one.
Florida Keys looks like a filly with plenty of potential, and we look forward to plenty of fun in the future.
