The fillies and mares at Epsom Lodge are on a roll at the moment, with 2 winners and 2 close-up placings from our girls over the past week.

Music of the Night and Ultra Smart raced at Sandown on Wednesday 4th December, and both figured in close finishes, being half a length (Music of the Night) and a short-half-head (Ultra Smart) from the winner.

Music of the Night, 4th place

  Ultra Smart, 2nd

De Little Sister returned to the winner’s circle at Mornington on Friday 6th December thanks to a confident ride by Rhys McLeod. The Sister is raced by long-time clients Clanbrooke Racing along with Sharing Winners and the Carey clan. She is the daughter of Pat’s first ever Gr. 1 winner ARAPAHO MISS who was also raced by Clanbrooke.

Naomi registered her second career win in the Spendthrift Australia Fillies and Mares BM64 at Werribee on Sunday 8th December with our stable apprentice Jack Martin in the saddle.  Naomi is also raced by long-time clients who bred both Naomi and her city winning sister Hellava Babe which was also trained by Pat.

Congratulations to all the happy owners, and many thanks to our team at Epsom Lodge.
